Liala (pronounced ly-lah) is a friendly and goofy lab mix looking for a home that will show her love from day into night. Liala will start her day with sunrise walks whether around the neighborhood or on a nature hike. She is a big dipper, wading into bodies of water of any size from puddle to lake with a big grin from ear to ear. Laila also enjoys channeling Orion, the hunter, by playing fetch with a tennis ball over and over and over again. As the sun sets, Liala is content to lay at her human’s feet or snuggle up with them on the couch before dozing off into a sweet slumber. Liala has done well with other canine companions in the home constellation, but would be equally happy as your one and only. She will play with cats, a little too rough, so she should NOT be in a home with felines. Liala has not yet met young kids, but loves new humans in her orbit, so her foster thinks she would do well with children. Liala is learning all sorts of things! She knows how to sit, lay down, and shake. She is currently learning the concept of "staying" in one spot. Liala is a sweet girl looking for an active home filled with patience as she continues her leash and manners training as well as lots of love.
