We found Lili at the Richmond SPCA. She had just undergone an amputation on her back left leg. It was heartbreaking to see her in such a noisy place right after the amputation. We took her home. At first, she was really scared of us but after a day or two she opened up to everyone except my husband. We thought she would be afraid of all men because of her being abused in the past, but after meeting a couple of other men we realized she was just scared of my husband. We have had her for two months and it isn't getting any better. When he enters the room she runs away from him. Due to this, we aren't able to keep her. She gets uncomfortable whenever she's near my husband. Lili is a very sweet hound dog. She gets along great with kids and other dogs and can get around just fine walking and running. Lili is about 1 year old and she weighs 24 pounds. She is super friendly and loves people. She enjoys being outside and is overall very healthy.
