NAME: Lonesome Rider LITTER: He is part of the Volbeat litter AGE/GENDER: Baby (born 5/14/2023), Male BREED: Terrier mix (MANY PUPPIES IN RESCUE DO NOT HAVE PARENTS SO THEIR BREED IS UNKNOWN) TEMPERAMENT: Playful and mischievous, energetic, active HOUSE TRAINING: Working on it and doing well with a consistent schedule. CRATE TRAINING: Good, he's young and trainable! OTHER DOGS: loves to have another dog to follow around and shadow, wants to play with everybody CATS: He's young so can learn to live with cats. CHILDREN: Dog-respectful children, 8 and older ADOPTION DONATION: $600.00 HEALTH: Lonesome Rider is healthy! Prior to adoption, puppies will be altered, microchipped, flea treated, and dewormed. Puppies are given vaccination boosters in our care; however, adoptive families will be responsible for the remaining vaccinations that puppies need. Your adoption donation goes toward the cost of this vet care as well as transportation and general care costs. HISTORY: Lonesome Rider and his brother were found abandoned in an orchard with their parents. Motley Zoo Animal Rescue was asked to find him a great forever family and that is exactly what we plan to do! NOTES FROM FOSTER HOME: Lonesome Rider would thrive in a home that already has a dog as he seems to be submissive. He’s more independent and adventurous and loves having a big backyard to run around in. his little heart shaped spot on his head and his enthusiastic spirit will make some family incredibly happy. All dogs adopted from Motley Zoo come with a leash and either a Martingale collar or a harness, depending on each dog's particular needs. Welcome to Motley Zoo Animal Rescue.
