Lucky is a wonderful companion. He gets along with other dogs but will need help in his introduction to them. His exuberance to meet and play can be a little overwhelming to some dogs. He walks well on the leash and knows a few commands. He is very housebroken, which is rare in a shelter environment. He has a lot of energy so daily walks or runs will be required. He will also need a high fence. He is a tall dog that thinks he is a small dog; sturdy laps are a must. He would be a great hiking/biking companion. He is vocal so being left outside would not be ideal. If you have the energy to match, call the shelter to set up an appointment.
