Maggie is a sweet girl that came in as a stray so we do not know anything of her previous life. She is one of the staff favorites! She does well in the car and walks well on a leash. She came in infested with fleas. She has since been bathed, spayed and is ready for adoption. Although she has loved every human she has met (even children), she must be an only dog in the home. Ideally her future home would have a fenced in yard. She is reactive to dogs while on leash, this is something that an adopter would have to work on her with if they'd like to take her out for walks. She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and heartworm negative. If you are interested in adopting Maggie please fill out an application at al-van.org/adopt.
