Hi there! My name is Marmalade, and I'm a lovely little dog who has recently found herself in a shelter. Even though I'm new here, the staff is already getting to know me, and I'm thrilled to tell you a little bit about myself!First things first, I pride myself on being an incredibly tidy girl. You won't find any messes in my kennel because I prefer to keep my living space spick and span. I believe in cleanliness and orderliness, even in the midst of a shelter environment.When it comes to expressing my excitement, I have the cutest little wiggles that make everyone around me smile. Whether it's the anticipation of going for a walk or receiving some well-deserved attention, my wiggles are a sure sign of my happiness. And let me tell you, I absolutely adore attention!One of my favorite things in the world is leaning into people for pets. There's something incredibly comforting about being close to humans and feeling their touch. When you scratch my ears or give me gentle pats, it's like pure bliss for me. And I must confess, happy talk is my weakness-it truly makes me melt! There's just something about kind and loving words that make my tail wag uncontrollably.Oh, and did I mention that I'm an excellent walking companion? I know how to behave on a leash, and I'll happily trot alongside you on our adventures together.
