Meet Meemaw! This distinguished senior lady is looking for a restful retirement home to spend her days. She’s happy to coexist with a cat friend or a VERY chill dog, but would also thrive as an only-pet! Her favorite hobbies include napping in a chair, napping on a bed, or napping on a couch. She would be the perfect companion to someone who just wants to have a chill pal to hang out with once they get home from work. Do you want a dog but think you’re too busy? How about getting one that will sleep most of the day? She’s crate trained, housebroken, and super friendly with new people. Apply today! Her adoption fee is $200. She is part of our Senior Soulmates Program. If she is adopted by a senior citizen, a generous donor will sponsor her adoption fee and she will come with six months of heartworm prevention. She is up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, spayed and microchipped. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
