Meet Misty. Misty is a huge FAVORITE of the staff and volunteers! This beautiful girl is sweet as can be, friendly and playful (due to her size/play, would do best with in a home without small children). She loves people and is super affectionate. Misty gets along with other dogs. She has a wonderful temperament and is smart and knows some basic commands. We do not know what she thinks of cats. Misty is about 2 years old and 43 pounds. Please help this loving girl find her forever home. Update: Misty had tested positive for the common tick borne Lyme's/Anaplasmosis/Ehrlichia. She has already completed her course of treatment and feeling great. Misty is ready to go home with some lucky family! We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.
