Meet Mulder, our resident oversized teddy bear. Mulder is a calm sweetheart who is easy to love. He is an intelligent dog who has already mastered some basic manners. For example, he keeps his kennel tidy, takes treats gently, and he is excellent at sitting nicely on command and even knows how to give paw/high five. He is bright and eager to please, so he'll likely pick up on whatever new tricks you want to teach him. He is a big boy and can be strong on leash, but listens well and he seems to prefer just hanging out to anything. He's super affectionate and is a giant snuggle bug. He charmed all the vet techs in our clinic right away!Mulder tested positive for heartworm disease but fortunately, this is treatable, and Friends of City Dogs Cleveland covers the cost! Mulder just needs a loving home where he can rest and recover before getting back to living a normal dog's life.
