DESCRIPTION: Marvelous Murphy was adored by his family. They made sure he had everything he needed. Although they loved him dearly, due to circumstances beyond their control, they were unable to continue to provide for this incredible boy. Recognizing that Murphy deserved an amazing forever family, they asked MAGSR to welcome Murphy to the family so that we could find the right match. We were honored by their request, and were happy to welcome Murphy to MAGSR. Murphy is a social and intelligent guy. As is true of all shepherds he has some good energy and is most successful when he has daily exercise. He thrives when given structure, routine, and leadership. Having lived in a home since he was a young pup, Murphy understands many of the ins and out of living in a home. A snuggler at heart, Murphy is hoping his family also enjoys cuddles. He is housebroken, crate trained, and understands rules and boundaries. Although Murphy already knows a lot about living in a home, it will take him some time to adjust to his forever home. However, given patience and clear routines, we are sure he will adjust well. True to the breed, Murphy can be protective of his people, however, with consistent boundaries and expectations he does well. Continued training will go a long way with this guy.
