NEO is a hoot! He loves to play chase and be chased! He LOVES the baby pool and will roll around in the water to get the whole experience. He loves to find where the new toy, of the day, is hidden. And always finds it! Neo is a big boy and knows if he stands his ground, you will not be able to move him easily. He loves when his foster tries to carry him up stairs, cuz it takes awhile to haul 90# of dead weight up a hill/steps. He laughs, the whole time, cuz once you succeed, he heads for the door! He's hilarious!
