ESTIMATE WEIGHT FULL GROWN: 45 lbs KNOWN WITH DOGS: Nessa has never met a dog she did not love. Loves to wrestle and play! KNOWN WITH CATS: Nessa has not yet met a cat so we do not know KNOWN WITH KIDS: Nessa has met and seems to enjoy humans of all ages. KNOWN COMMANDS: Still gathering information on this! Stay tuned! KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING &/OR CRATING: Nessa has been doing a great job with both house training and crate training! KNOWN LIKES: Treats. Exercise. Mental and physical exercise. Dogs of all sizes. People of all ages. KNOWN DISLIKES: None known so far! ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Nessa is a sweet ~3 year old love bug packed into a 45 lb body! She is a sweet and friendly, affectionate girl who loves being around people, including little children. Her foster dad describes her as "super chill and very friendly!" She has also been doing a great job with house training. She's the perfect companion for exploring, whether it be long walks or fun hikes! She loves exploring in the yard and does well around other dogs, and is doing a fantastic job since she arrived from rural southwest Virginia. Luckily, because of the generosity of an amazing foster family, we were able to spring Nessa from the rural southwest Va shelter she was stuck in. It was just in the nick of time, too, because the shelter is so crowded that sadly, they are having to euthanize dogs just because they have no space for them. :( Sweet Nessa does well with other dogs, and loves all people she meets. Nessa gets attached to her people quickly and is a very loyal pup. She will need a person or family committed to making sure she gets the exercise, training and attention that any dog needs. Could YOU be her forever person or family?? She certainly hopes so!!
