Great with people [especially elderly and children] and pets [especially other dogs and cats.] Will kill chickens, so no accessible chickens. Great on trips/travelling. Needs attention and love. Comes with all of her gear, outfits, food, toys, etc. Comes with all vet records. Is Spayed. Will travel to meet. Located in RedOak, Va. Asking for adoption fee.We originally adopted Nilla from our elderly neighbor who purchased Nilla as an 8 week old puppy from a breeder. She didn't realize the amount of work needed for a puppy while also dealing with her husband's Alzheimer's would be too much. At the time we were about to move onto our farm and were talking about training a service dog for my daughter. After teaching her basic manners and skills she is a great companion and a wonderful Shih Tzu, but not a good fit for my daughter's needs/seizures. Would still make a good service dog.
