Though he requires some extra care, he's in pretty good shape now and has made remarkable progress. When he arrived at the rescue, he was underweight, bald, and suffering from a severe skin condition. But with dedicated care, he's gained weight, and his hair is starting to grow back. However, it's uncertain how much hair will fully return, as we're awaiting DNA test results to determine if he has any hairless breeds in his genetic makeup.Oliver needs a patient and understanding home that is willing to keep up with his ongoing training. He truly enjoys the training process and is eager to learn and please.
