Oreo really loves people and enjoys spending time with them. When Oreo first steps outside, she's quick to go potty, which means she might already be potty trained - yay! Once out and about, she becomes calmer and loves exploring. Other dogs? Oreo is ALL about making friends! She's very playful and curious when she sees other pups around.
