Meet Otis!Otis is a young border collie mixed breed who is quite the ham. He still has lots of energy and play in him along with being super smart! Otis actually lived on a boat prior to arriving here. Like most dogs with collie in their DNA he needs something to do in his day. He appears to be house trained since he makes no mess in his kennel and loves going on long walks with the staff. Just like his profile picture he has the goofiest smile.
