Meet the handsome and active Otto!! This 1 year-old Retriever mix has been with us since June 2023, and is looking for his forever home. He is a very active soul who loves to do zoomies in the play yards and explore the outdoors. He would make a wonderful family dog to take on outdoor adventures. He has lots of energy and would do best in a home with a yard, and a family that can give him lots of play time. He walks well with a harness, loves to chase tennis balls, and even knows how to sit. He is very social and friendly towards other dogs, but if you have another dog at home we recommend that you bring them for a meet and greet to ensure that they get along before taking him home. We do offer a 'slumber party' program which allows you to take a dog home for a week before adopting to see if they are a good fit for your family. There is no cost or commitment for this - we provide the supplies, you provide the love! Otto is up to date on all vaccinations, microchipped, Heartworm negative, and will be neutered upon adoption or slumber party. He did come in with a fractured pelvis that is healing wonderfully on its own, and will be given an additional check up and x-rays during his neuter procedure.
