Meet Pandora! Pandora came to us after being found as a stray. We believe she was born in July of 2021. Since Pandora came to us as a stray, we are not sure who or what she has experience with, but we believe she would do well with all ages. She may also do okay with other animals with proper introduction. Pandora is a goofy gal that loves to zoom zoom zoom in the yard, and is currently around 50 pounds. She does pretty well with keeping a clean kennel here at the shelter, so she may only need a small refresher course when learning a new home and routine. She knows how to sit, and LOVES attention! She is looking forward to finding a home to call her very own! All pets adopted from the Humane Society of Freeborn County will be spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, testing and will be microchipped. All of this is included in their adoption fee. Fill out an application to adopt at freeborncountyhs.org When transitioning your new pet home please allow for at least 4-6 weeks for your pet to adjust to their new home. They will need this time to decompress, and adjust to a new routine and environment. During that time we will provide check ins and counseling to ensure a successful transition. Please review all basic adoption requirements listed on our website before applying. We take finding the right homes for the animals in our care very seriously. They deserve nothing but the best! Please allow 2-7 days for applications to be processed. If an animal is listed in foster care, these pets are not at our facility, but are in foster care homes. They are still available for adoption, and meet and greets are done with pre-approved applicants only.
