Meet Peanut! If you are a homebody that doesn't leave often, love naps & snuggling, and would like a 45 lb warming blanket for your lap than Peanut if your girl! This girl loves to sleep! She’s so lazy.Although not a peanut anymore, she is still on the more medium size & is seriously the sweetest and most chill girl. She absolutely LOVES cuddles and just wants to be around her humans. She gets along wonderfully with the resident dog in the foster home.Peanut does well with housetraining but does not enjoy her crate. She does well when left alone with her foster sibling & enjoys snoozing on the couch while her humans are at work. She would do best with a family that has another medium to large dog to soothe her when she is alone. Peanut is a little too interested in playing with her feline friends, so kitties are not recommended. Kiddos on the other hand, are more than welcome. Peanut loves teeny tots & would love a kiddo to feed her snacks and snuggle with her. Peanut's adoptoin fee has been partially sponsored for an approved adopter that is a good fit for her. Her new adoption fee is $150. Happy Feet Pet Rescue (Lansing, MI) is a foster-based rescue which means each of our animals are in home environments. We strive to pair each of our rescue animals up with the most appropriate homes. Our adoption process involves an adoption phone interview, reference checks, vet checks, an application review, and meet and greets. We do not adopt any dogs that are expected to be over 50lbs to anyone living in an apartment/condo setting. We do not believe in declawing cats, and we only adopt our cats as indoor cats.
