We’ve all been wondering for a long time why the chicken crossed the road. Here’s a new question though- why did the Pollo cross the road? To get away from the shelter and into his forever home!! Sadly, Pollo came to the shelter after he lost his caretaker, so he needs a new family to share his love with. He was kept as an outdoor pet in his former home, so a main criteria for his future home is that he be allowed indoors to be a real part of the family. Pollo is incredibly sweet and affectionate with his human friends- here’s what one volunteer had to say:“Pollo was a great walker yesterday. He was easy to leash and exit, walked well and enjoyed being petted. Nice and friendly dog.”Pollo has shared his kennel politely, though’s he’s been a bit uncomfortable when meeting larger groups of dogs in playgroup. He’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. Ask about Pollo today!
