Are you ready for a special treat? My name is Riceroni and I am a 2 yr old weighing in at arond 57 lbs. I do enjoy a good meal, so my adopter will need to watch my intake closely, as I do love to eat! The staff describes my butt as being very `wiggly`, although I am not sure what that means. By the look on my face, you can tell I am eager to please and learn new things. I’m an energetic fellow who loves to run around and play! I do know sit and being told “gentle “ when taking treats! I very much all kinds of treats so I’d be easily trainable! It`s unknown how I behave around cats, or other dogs so a slow and proper introduction is going to set everyone up for succes. I do need a home with no young children! That`s ok though because IACS offers a 14 day cuddle before you commit program to ensure I am the best fit for you and your home. I would make a great companion for many years to come! *Please apply on our website at indy.gov/activity/adopt-a-pet. *Click on the adoption application link, enter your information, and click submit. You can include multiple pets that you are interested in on one application. *Once you have submitted your adoption application, please visit the shelter to speak with one of our Adoption Counselors, who will assist you with meeting some of our animals. *We offer a Cuddle before you Commit program where you can foster an animal for 2 weeks, slowly introduce it to the rest of your animals and family, and then finalize your decision.
