Rocky is a DOLL! This baby was the runt of his litter and is working to catch up! Although small in size, his personality is big! He's scrappy and does not let any of the litter bully him. His ears have just started to stand up and we believe he will have perky ears. Beautifully marked, Rocky looks like he might have some shepherd in him, but we only know that his mom (see photo) is a smaller medium dog who weighs about 30 pounds. We expect little Rocky to grow to be around 35-40 pounds. He was pretty skinny when he came to us and he is getting extra food to help him catch up. He's a great eater and can be a little aggressive when eating with his siblings, so we have started feeding him separately and he does great ... cleans his bowl!Rocky has had two of three of his puppy shots, his kennel cough vaccination, wormer and flea/tick and heartworm preventative. He LOVES being held and he's a little snuggle bug, but as with any puppy, he does enjoy playtime. He and his siblings live in an exercise pen inside an air-conditioned garage due to the terrible heat and they are allowed out on a limited basis for potty time and play time. He as well as all of the babies are doing great on their puppy pad training and, honestly, doing great on house training as there are very few puppy pads to change out at clean-up time. They are just an excellent litter and they are going to make wonderful family pets! Rocky will get one more puppy shot and then we will set him up for his neuter, microchip and rabies shot.
