Rose has lived most of her life on a chain until finally her owners moved away and left her. Rose is a very sweet girl who isn’t a attention hound. She would love nothing better than to lay around a fenced yard and chase butterflies. since Rose is not a high activity dog. However, she does enjoy taking walks and playing. Give her time to get to know you and she will be your new best friend. Rose has been at a training group with lots of other dogs. She seemed to really enjoy the attention and being with the other dogs. Rose requires a harness to walk. Otherwise she is to strong that walking her on a leash would be too much stress on her throat. Young children are not recommended because of Rose's size -- she could easily knock a small child down. It was reported that she lived with cats by her previous owners. Fenced yard is required.
