👑 Life has so many adventures to offer, and Royalty wants to experience them all with you. Neighborhood strolls, long hikes, runs - Royalty is looking for a best friend to explore all the wonders of life. Royalty is a fit and athletic girl at 54 pounds, but she is truly the biggest softie. She loves to sit near you for lovin', happily looking around and gazing at you. Want to take a rest during a walk? This sweet girl is more than happy to cuddle with you on a bench. She walks very well on the leash, and mostly trots right next to you, taking in all the sights of the trail. She can get excited if a squirrel crosses her path, but other than that she is easy breezy. She is so much fun and loves to play with balls, ropes, tug toys, all of the above! Royalty has enjoyed several Dog's Day Out adventures with volunteers. She loved hiking in Patapsco State Park and frolicking in the river. She appreciated all the cuddle and cookie breaks, too! She stopped at Urban Deli afterwards and was a polite companion while her new friend had lunch. On other adventures, she visited different parks, Fort McHenry, Union Brewery, and Petco to pick out toys and an outfit! She loves to sniff, roll in the grass, and bask in the sunshine. She also discovered the joy of a pup cup! She's so much fun, and just enjoys being with her person no matter what the activity.Royalty was a star at a recent adoption event - she was such a fun sidekick! She was affectionate toward everyone she met, ranging from children to seniors, and was proud to show off her strong sit. With the behavior befitting of a queen, she was calm, even when nearby dogs were reactive, and loved chewing on a toy or searching for treat treasures in a snuffle mat. Royalty is the total package!🚗 She is polite in the car, and likes to stick her snoot out the window to feel the breeze⭐ She is composed and doesn't bark at other dogs out and about🧠 Smart, curious girl and food-motivated: bodes well for training!🚽 Housetrained in the shelter 🎾 Playful -loves stuffies, tennis balls, snuffle mats, you name it!🐶 Royalty enjoys spending times with gentler dog pals and is up for co-existing: rowdy wrestling partners are too much for this girl's refined taste and need not apply. She would like to meet your resident dog first to ensure they are a great match!🐱 Royalty has shown interest toward squirrels while walking outside-for some dogs, this drive translates to indoor behavior toward small animal pals, but for some dogs, it doesn't-following an acclimation period is ALWAYS recommended to get the pets started on the right foot🍼 we do not know whether Royalty has lived with children, but she does a great job meeting them at eventsRoyalty is living in a foster home until she can find that perfect forever family.
