Meet Scotia! Scotia is a male, 1 year young, 43 lb, Terrier/Pit mixed breed. He loves playing tug-of-war, giving kisses, snuggling and also has tons of energy. Whatever Scotia's humans are doing, Scotia wants to be doing too. His superpowers include being an extremely fast learner (learned 2 commands in day 1), sleeping through the night in his crate, and being super loving to all people he meets immediately. He is still getting familiar with sounds of the city (garbage men early in the morning) but is doing very well adapting to new people, places, sounds and lifestyles. I think he would do great in any type of environment as he is such a quick learner and a good boy! Some of Scotia's favorite things are tug of war toys, long walks with lots of sniffs and TREATS! Scotia is very treat motivated, which has been making training a breeze. If you are looking for a loving, loyal, protective, goofball companion, Scotia is the dog for you. He is a great boy looking for a home that is equally as great as he is. Scotia is being fostered in Staten Island, NY. His adoption fee is $425.
