Meet Scout!Scout is the sweetest 8 month old. He has the most expressive face and ears and loves when you talk to him and pet him. He gets so happy to see his humans and loves giving face kisses. He has typical puppy energy and loves to run around in the yard and play with toys and balls, he'll toss them in their air himself and entertain himself if you're unavailable to play but would definitely prefer a playmate whether they are human or canine. He loves other dogs and kids and gets along with cats. He does resource guard his food/treats around our resident dog, so we feed him separately and just don't leave food down for them unattended. He sleeps all through the night in a gated room and is house trained! He will be an amazing companion for anyone who gives him love and attention but he would especially enjoy a home with children or another dog to play with!To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step.
