I'm Scout, and I can't wait to tell you a bit about myself. First things first, I'm a 35-pound male with a heart of gold. I am fully vaccinated and Heartworm negative. My neuter is scheduled for 10/5. I came to the rescue when Life took a sudden turn when the only family I'd ever known dropped me off at TBC, a strange place. It was a scary experience, but I've learned to trust again.I'm a big dachshund mix with a beautiful chocolate colored coat and cool yellow eyes that will surely melt your heart. I get along with other dogs, both male and female. Let me brag a little about my skills – I'm an expert on the leash! Walks with me will be delightful and filled with joy. Plus, I've got a fun personality that's just waiting to shine. I love hanging out with other dogs and children, so I'll be a great addition to a loving family. But, there's one thing you should know – I have a knack for climbing fences, so a wooden fence is a must to keep me safe and secure.If you're looking for a loyal and loving companion, I'm your guy.
