Shadow is a sweet dog that just turned 5 in July. She is pretty mellow, but does love to go on walks and be active. She is great with kids and other dogs (big or small!), but does not do well with cats. Shadow has no special dietary or medical needs. She is kennel trained, and sleeps well wherever you put her! Sometimes she sleeps in the human bed (lol), sometimes on the couch, and still other times in the kennel or just on the floor on a blanket. She is very headstrong and likes to get her way, but will yield after being reprimanded. Shadow has a tendency to dig holes under fences, so she would do best with someone that either has a lot of land or can monitor her when she's outside. Shadow is participating in The Love Pit's iRehome program, so ongoing care and custody are provided by their foster. All behavior and medical information is provided by their caretaker, and TLP encourages all adopters to verify the information with their caretaker prior to adoption.
