Adopt Stevie a Black - with White Belgian Malinois dog in Long Beach

Stevie is approximately 2 yrs old. The shelter had her listed as a mutt. Her original family adopted her in January 2023 not knowing her breed and therefore her training and exercise needs and were unable to provide a safe and comfortable home for her. Stevie needs an owner that has experience with high energy dogs. She’s a mixed breed. She may have Husky and/or Pitt in her, but we can’t say for sure. She is good with people of all ages. She doesn’t live with children, but has done well with any child she has met. Stevie plays well with dogs of both genders, but does best with dogs her size. She has interacted with neighborhood cats and mostly ignores them, but she will try to chase them if they run. She is food motivated and very smart. She is working on obedience training and some agility training. She knows- sit, down, stay, wait, around, and climb. Crate training is a work in progress. Stevie loves head scratches and chew toys! Whoever adopts will get her bed, crate, and toys.
