His foster mom affectionately dubs him a "social butterfly," and it's not hard to see why. He thrives on meeting new people and furry friends alike, always eager to share warm greetings and soft kisses. At adoption events, you'll often find him nestled in someone's lap, basking in the affection he so readily gives. Summit's zest for life extends to his playful nature. He adores playdates with other dogs, cherishing each spirited moment. Yet, his true passion lies in the world of toys, especially his beloved stuffed companions. Around the house, Summit proves himself to be a helpful little companion, always ready to assist. And when the day winds down, he eagerly follows his trusted human to bed, ready to snuggle in for the night. Summit's foster mom is certain he'll make an exceptional companion and best friend to a lucky family. Could that family be yours? If you're seeking a furry friend who adores people, playtime, and heartfelt moments, Summit is the one. Summit is estimated to be 4 months old and 16 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested. We can only place animals in homes within a 100 mile radius of Minneapolis.
