My name is Tazo and I am an adorable 3 year old. Weighing in at only 17 pounds. Luckily, I was rescued Martina Animal Rescue. I am currently in boarding in Northern CA. I was terrified at the shelter. However, I let my rescue sit in my kennel and touch the bed I was on, but I didn’t stop shaking. I'm somewhat curious and she had treats, so I approached for them even though I was scared. I'm scared of the leash too until you get it on me. Then I'm okay. On her second visit I did better. I wagged my tail at the door and when she approached I came out immediately. I am very treat motivated so I will approach for food, but I wasnt ready to be pet yet, nor would I stay near for long without food. The shelter is a scary place for a little one like me. Once outside for I bit I got much more relaxed. I'm looking for a quiet home who will be patient and show me that the world isn't such a scary place after all.
