Adopt Teddy a Red/Golden/Orange/Chestnut Rhodesian Ridgeback / Labrador

Pictures do not do him Justice, this is a sweet gentle giant. He has a beautiful reddish coat. He has floppy ears that may be the result of a birth defect. They make him adorable. His name is Teddy but everyone says he looks like scooby doo. Teddy was found as a stray and could not thrive in the shelter environment, but is doing much better now. He does have some anxiety and could use an owner who doesn’t mind working through that with him. He gets along with other dogs. He has a lot of energy but knows when to leave a dog alone. He is still young so I think with time and training he could be a great companion or family dog. He is good off leash as well. He loves fetch and giving hugs. I recommend a home with a fully fenced yard and older kids only. He would prefer to be able to stay home and watch over the home rather than go with you on an adventure. I am unable to update his breed, but upon DNA test he is actually mostly German Shephard.
