It`s like a painting, with a design that can`t be replicated. Her dark nose, eye mask and ears give her an untouchable mysterious look. She has a thick tail - similar to a finely woven dreadlock. She is a petite girl, with a slender build. I want to name her something wild to go with it - Moonbeam, orStarstruck Tilly, Reese Cup, or January -so that she has a fresh start. Her new owner can choose her name. Tilly is not at all standoffish. She is a social butterfly with humans. She LOVES PEOPLE! She is a doll. She immediately accepts a new kind loving human, cuddling for as long as you can sit with her. She pushes closer, trying to make up for lost time. She knows basic commands, SIT, COME, DOWN, NO. She will quickly try to turn any occasion into a LONG BELLYRUB. She is also child friendly. (Proper adult monitoring of course). Tilly is a MED to HIGH energy girl. She is content to lay around indoors, but when she walks, she is a like a sleek car - already with pep. Tilly will be a GREAT COMPANION DOG. She is housebroken, crate trained, and eats normally. Her previous people showed her love, and she happily gives back. She has a hoarse bark, but doesn`t overuse it. I put her photos into a Dog Breed Identifier app. Both came back as Australian Cattle Dog. Only a DNA test will tell for sure. She is well worth the investment of getting to know her and adding her to your family. Of course with all those other great traits, and beauty, she had to have a couple imperfections. She will be a better walker with a harness, than leash. This will enable you to have a great jogging or walking companion. The other area that Tilly needs development in is doggy socialization. It`s like her owner never had her around another dog. I can see that she truly wants a doggy friend. She barks excitedly at everyone she sees. She is not trying to be angry or aggressive. She just wanders what it is all about. I and her other foster mom will work with her while we have her to overcome these issues. No mouthiness, no jumping up. No chewing your stuff. She knows how to respect your house and belongings. So, Tilly could either be an only dog, or an experienced owner could work on having her trained professionally to overcome her reactivity.You have a lot of choices, but Tilly is well worth the investment and tim
