Sex: MaleBreed: German Shepherd xEstimated Birth Date: 04/05/202318 puppies left in cardboard boxes outside our city shelter after hours….seriously what is wrong with humans?!?! These were just babies unable to care for themselves and with no ability to detect dangers. It was so fortunate the puppies stayed in the boxes until shelter staff arrived. The shelter put out a plea for help and several rescues stepped up. Toby and 8 others joined the crew at our rescue ranch. The whole litter struggled for about a month. We lost one of the little girls and 2 others had to be hospitalized but they have since pulled through. After the initial struggles these babies have thrived and are now ready for adoption. Toby is the sweetest little guy. He’s a little more shy and timid than his siblings, but is still very affectionate and loves giving affection to each person he meets. He’s cuddly so if you’re looking for the cuddler of the group that would absolutely be Toby. In typical puppy fashion he’s also playful but also the chillest puppy in the litter. He loves playing with his siblings, our ranch staff and he just like his brothers is a total water dog. Toby is ready to take the next steps on his journey.
