Uriel 'Uri' came to us a year ago very emaciated! Today, he is ready for his forever home! Uri loves people and listens well. He has a lot of potential! He has received 4 weeks of board of train and learned a lot, but does need more socialization and done in the proper way. He also needs to finish up more training. An experienced person is a must. He would do best be an only dog (until trained,) or with confident dogs his size or bigger. No small animals. If you would like to give Uri a forever home, fill out an application at www.barktownrescue.org URIEL'S ADOPTION FEE IS $170The shelter software system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at the dog's predominant breed or breed mix. We strongly encourage you to select your new pet by looking at each dog's individual personality and pet qualities rather than relying on a breed label that is only our best guess. Our adoption fees vary from $150 and up. All of our dogs are up to date on vaccines, heart worm preventives, and flea/tick medication, and will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
