Wesley is a truly special Shepherd mix boy that is young, handsome, loving and has some special gifts to share with his humans. This boy is just 18 months old and weighs 52 pounds. Found as an abandoned boy in West Tennessee, our Critter Cavalry Rescue volunteered to take him and another companion male in to the rescue and find them a perfect home for their life. But what we have discovered about this special boy is that he has a HEART TO HEAL. This boy who just wants to be loved has the ability to know when his foster mom is having an anxiety episode. He will go and lay his head on her chest and just simply “be there” for her. We are so taken by his sensitive nature and spirit and know that he is so very special in this way. He is wonderful with the other dog in the foster home and he has mastered all the good manners that a dog needs to have. Wesley is NOT good with cats. He is special and we know there is a special family that needs what he has…a healing heart that will calm the troubles in a person’s soul.
