Hi, I'm Whiskey! Look at my cuteness! Aren't I adorable???I came to FMAR as an owner surrender. If you come to see me, please give me a few minutes to get comfortable. I'm really an affectionate and happy girl but I might seem shy when you first meet me. I promise to come out of my shell quickly! I love to go for walks and run in the yard. But most of all, I love being around people. I'm too interested in cats to live with any. I didn't have a chance to play with other dogs while living in my first home so If you have a dog, I'll need a slow and calm introduction. If you would like to meet me, please submit an application for me on our website https://www.friendsofmichigan.org/adoptable-dogs. I am neutered, up to date on all age appropriate vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. My adoption fee is $250, which covers all of the medical care I have received.**Each dog is different, so each adoption is different. Our adoption process might require multiple visits to the shelter before our dogs can go home. Or they may be ready on the first visit. It really depends on the individual dog and the potential adopters. Once we receive your application, the Dog Staff will contact you to discuss meeting our dogs.
