Winston is a sweet and loving 6 month old puppy. Winston just had surgery to remove one of his back legs. That leg did not function due to his muscle never growing from a previous injury that never healed. As Winston grew the leg made it more difficult for him to move around. Once healed Winston will be running and playing with the other dogs just like any other puppy. Winston loves everybody. He is good with dogs, big and small, kids, cats and adults!! At 6-months old Winston has lots of puppy energy. His ideal home is one where someone is able to spend time training Winston to be the best family dog. Please keep in mind that puppies can only hold their little bladders about an hour per month of age. Winston is amazing. He learned how to use the doggy door despite his leg kind of getting in the way. But as with any dog, a refresher course and monitoring is needed when they are moved to their forever home. Winston has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His adoption fee of $350 helps offset the cost of medical expenses.
