Yogi was unfortunately turned into the shelter for biting his owner. He is an active guy who plays rough and will need an experienced owner that will discourage this behavior. He is about 3 years old and weighs 21 pounds. We believe he is a Bichon or Poodle mix. He is very playful and silly and loves the company of other dogs. He loves squeaky toys and tug of war. He's smart, listens well and even knows how to sit. Due to his past bite history, we recommend a home with NO kids and a patient owner who will provide him with the training he needs to overcome his behavioral challenges. He would be best in a home with a single person. He is neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped and hw negative. THE 1ST STEP IS TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION ON www.camorescue.com We would love to help you find your next family member. Please understand we are all volunteers and are understaffed. So please be patient with us to respond to your adoption application. Adoption fee: is WAIVED TO THE RIGHT PERSON THAT CAN HANDLE HIS QUIRKS. ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with the foster to set up a meet and greet. We are a foster based RESCUE, not a shelter. All of our dogs are in individual foster homes. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.
