I was given up to the county shelter with my friend Milo. I'm o.k. with children, but it would be good if the children were over 12. I'm a healthy good boy and active at 7 years old. I would do well with a person that likes to go, go, go with me! I need work on my potty training, but I accept a belly band with no problem. I didn't look much like a LH Dachshund until I got groomed and now I'm pretty adorable and hope it helps me find my forever home.Adoption processAdopters complete an application, references are given including a vet reference. Home visits are performed along with trial adoptions of up to a week. Adopters are required to sign a contract that is sent through the mail.Shelter locationWe will be holding adoptions at various Top Dog locations on a Saturday each month: Top Dogs Pet Boutique - https://topdogspetboutique.com/ From noon until 4pm
