They had their first child in March and although Apollo loves his little brother, he is getting older and they are realizing he may not be cut out for the big brother role.Apollo is a 9 year old lab/boxer mix. He is such a good dog! Loyal and loving, well behaved and smart. As he gets older he is slowing down... he had both of his ACLs repaired in March and April of 2017 so he has some aches and pains after a lot of playing. but he loves being outside and going for walks. He gets along so very well with every other dog he meets, big or small. Apollo has had limited contact with cats when visiting family but hes never bothered them.He is up to date with all this shots. It pains his family so very much to have to make this decision, but they want Apollo to be in a home that doesnt cause him stress so he can fully enjoy his retirement years.
