Meet Artemis! Our sweet, shy girl with adorable satellite ears! Artemis is petite girl that will fit right into her new home! She sits and shakes and loves a yummy reward for her good behavior! Artemis is a fan of all toys and enjoys playing fetch in the yard. She came to us from an uncaring home and it took many weeks to show her that humans could be trusted. Artemis has really opened up and is ready to accept and give love! Come meet this adorable girl today! Madison is a kennel attendant and has spent a lot of time with our Artie girl. Here's what she has to say about her:"She is such a sweet and gentle girl and has easily become one of my favorites since I started working at HATS. Despite her rough start, she has come a long way in learning that it is ok to trust people and even loves attention. My favorite thing she does is when she prances around in the yard with her toy in her mouth (specifically any toy that resembles a ball). She loves to play fetch and get back scratches as well. I know that if someone gives her a chance, they will not be able to resist her sweet face and loving nature. (And not to mention the ears, come on!) She desperately deserves a loving home and family." Artemis can't wait to get out of the shelter and into a loving home! To help make that happen, her adoption fee has been waived!Artemis lived with another dog in her previous home.
