I have named this adorable boy Bandit for obvious reasons! Bandit was picked up by one of our officers as a stray on 12/1 and brought to the Mesquite Animal Shelter. He weighs 45 pounds and is approximately two years old. It's those cute floppy standup ears and his "mask" that make him a stand out. Bandit walks quite nicely on a leash. He is a bit timid and uneasy in the shelter environment, and yet that doesn't keep him from being friendly and willing to receive loving attention from staff and volunteers. He does not seem to know any commands. He is mildly interested in toys and balls, and is very happy to sit for treats which he takes nicely.
