Meet Bandit DRName:Foster Mom calls me her little Bandit. She also calls me Officer Hops, because Ive gots crazy hop game. I can catch lotsa air when I jump. Michael Jordan aint gots nothing on me.Doggleganger:The water bowl reflection says I look like a Big Foot, you know the Sasquatch. Rooooarrrr, I am a giant. The spitting image of Harry from Harry and the Hendersons. (Narrator: Bandit does NOT look like Harry from the movie Harry and the Hendersons at all, he is tiny and not harry. He does resemble the little Jack Russell Dog from that movie though.)Age/Breed/Weight:I am a 10 month old 17 pound, all muscools, tricolor Chihuahua pawsibley mixed with Rat Terrier. I have a sister named Emily and she is half my size, she just doesnt have the muscools like I do.Socialability:I was living with my litter mates in an apartment sidge and it is thunk we didnt venture out much, because we are all slow to warm up to new dogs and new people. See, just like a Big Foot, I am aloof and hidey. See the semblance now?Skills:I am potty trained and crate trained and just sooooo perfect. (Narrator: Bandit isnt perfect, he could still use a bit of manner training, such as not being so jumpy). Geez, my sister was right, this Narrator guy really likes to throw shade. I am working on sit to control my jumps, but gimme a break, I am only 10 months old!Favorite Saturday Night Live Character:Leon Phelps played by Tim Meadows, The Ladies Man sketch from the 90s. I too prefer the ladies. (Narrator: Like his sister Emily, Bandit seems most hesistant about meeting men strangers and warms up much more quickly to lady strangers.)Temperament:I am like a prickly pear cactus, kinda thorny at first, because I am being protective of my juice, but I am all soft gooey jelly on the inside. Once you break through my hard candy coating, I am playful and cuddly just like any other 10 month old pup.Favorite toy:A stick in the backyard. I find em and chew em. Chewing is my favorite hobby. I also love a good cow hoof, makes me feel reallys strong, like I can take down an entire heifer with my bear paws. Roooooarrrrr! Watch out moo cows.Final Thoughts:You might need to have a bit of patience to break through my ninja turtle shell, but once you do, I will gladly accept back rubs. Our puppies are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. Each pup comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date with age appropriate vaccinations, micro-chipped, heartworm tested if not started on heartworm preventatives already, and are current with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $500 for puppies under a year old, which also includes the cost of transportation to the assigned location. Medical records accompany each dog at the time of delivery and may be emailed to adopter prior to dog arrival if desired. Microchips will be automatically registered to the new owner after payment of adoption fee. The registration site we use is Michelson Found Animals which is free to use and update during the lifetime of your pet. Please allow 24-48 hours for the new information to appear on the website.
