Beretta is a beautiful 3-year old female Border Collie mix who was brought to the HSOV after hours on the evening of February 25, 2024 and left in our care along with her two male companions (Remington and Ruger). The individual who drove them to our shelter did not leave any information with them, so it is unclear whether they were found as strays or were owner surrenders. None of the trio were wearing a collar, and they were not microchipped. Beretta has a black-and-white medium haired coat, a long fluffy tail, and an adorable face with soulful brown eyes, a slender muzzle, and large erect ears. This lovely young lady has a sweet disposition and an affectionate, easygoing personality. Thanks to HSOV Kennel Tech Sydney Satow for assisting this little dollbaby with photos on February 26th 2024. Beretta walked fairly well on a leash and looked adoringly at Sydney for guidance. Beretta weighs 47 lbs. In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code, Beretta was held for three days so that her family would have an opportunity to reclaim her with proof of ownership. Since Beretta was not reclaimed, she will be spayed in the near future and will soon be ready to find a loving home of her very own.
