I'm Blue. Not the color, but that is my name. And to be honest, I'm really stressed in the shelter. I just am so unsure about shelter life. The last think I remember was being dumped at a local vet office (which is super stressful), there was a lot of "I've never seen this dog before" and then I was just left there. I was then picked up and brought to the animal shelter; and life has gotten a bit better for me. I get all these super comfy beds, dog toys and I love when I get to go on the trail walks; so I am starting to settle in. Honestly, shelter life is stressful for me. I am a really good boy! (I'm not just saying that!) I am 3yrs old, which isn't very old when you think about it. I am somewhere between a Terrier and maybe some Labrador too. Its a mix, but it is the best mix. 50% adorable and 49% wants to please, that last 1% unsure. I do make friends, it just takes me a little bit, but as long as you are willing to give me some time to trust, I promise we can be friends. I would do best in a home where I have encouragement to face the world. I want to go on adventures, but with you holding me and giving me guidance.
