I am a handsome 6-year-old fawn boy that is an owner surrender due to not getting along with the other resident dogs and for everyone’s safety, it is best that I am an only dog. I am described as friendly, active, affectionate, playful, and obedient. I’m a confident boy but I do get scared of fireworks and will try to escape from them. It is said that I am cat and kid friendly. I currently live with a 7-year-old kid and 3 cat siblings. I am house and crate trained! I appear to be showing signs of beginning stages of leg arthritis, but the vet isn’t recommending medication yet and instead, more exercise. At night I sleep in a temperature-controlled garage. When I must be left alone, I do fine. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig. I have chewed a fence in the past to try to escape when fireworks were being activated. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, and balls! If you are looking for a good boy, contact the rescue and give them my name because I am waiting to meet you!
