I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control. I sure love the care and attention I am receiving from the volunteers here. I can’t wait to find my very own family to love. Is that YOU? • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I met some nice doggies in my foster home who are tolerant of my puppy-like energy. I am still learning boundaries when it comes to interacting with other dogs, though I am friendly. If you have a nice doggie already who would be patient with me, let’s meet! / I met a cat recently in my foster home and have been curious but polite with them when they give me a firm hiss. If you have a dog-friendly or dog-tolerant cat at home, let’s meet! / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, however I have been a little mouthy in my foster home, so it is best that I stick to older kids such as teens. If you have teens at home, let’s meet! • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m super playful and very sweet! I will even ‘play bow’ to let you know I’m ready for play time! You are sure to love my friendly nature, and I made a great impression with my calm demeanor during my shelter bath. / My energy level is 5-7. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: So far, I have mastered the ‘sit’ command and I’m working on ‘stay’ now as well as my leash manners since they need some work. Check back soon to see what else I have learned. / My crate manners were good at Mostly Mutts and in my foster home. I sleep well in my crate overnight. When my foster has left during the day, I think I get bored – as I will cry in a high-pitch and have chewed on my bed while I’m waiting for her to return so best no apartment or condo type home for me, please. / I've been having just a few accidents on the shelter schedule and only initially in my foster home until I learned the routine. Now, I am doing great on a frequent let out schedule. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I absolutely LOVE toys! Nylabones and rope toys are some of my favorites! Playing is my favorite pastime, so let’s plan lots of time to be active together. I ride well in the car too - I find it relaxing. / I don’t like those noisy motorcycles, so hold to my leash when they approach. Other loud noises have frightened me a bit too although I am not generally a nervous boy. Otherwise, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL: I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered. I had an ear infection when I arrived, but I’ve been treated for that! I am looking for a loving home where I will be a cherished family member! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
