Meet Bubba! He is a 3 year old shepherd - retriever mix who is just sweet as can be. Bubba is first and foremost a LOVER! He is the best snuggler and makes you feel like you're his one and only. He's so sweet and gentle and just wants to receive your love in return. Bubba is 68 pounds and is quiet and easy going around the house. He is very snuggly and loves nothing more than a good scratch behind the ears. Bubba is a smart boy and is eager to learn new things. He is already house trained and his perfect family has someone in it who loves dogs and wants to commit to him and teach him new things.Bubba has been selective with his dog friends but he's working on it in his foster home and doing great! He is great with all people including kids. A secure backyard would be ideal for Bubba, as he loves to explore the exciting world around him. He would do alright living the apartment life as well though because he's a pretty chill guy. He has the energy for adventures with his people but is no stranger to relaxing on the couch (as long as it comes with snuggles and scratches). Bubba's loving demeanor and affectionate nature make him a perfect addition to any family looking for a loyal and loving friend.Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-served basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. ALL CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. His adoption fee is $200. The number of animals we can help find new homes for is closely linked to how many CAWS foster homes are available. CAWS volunteers bring cats and dogs to the PetSmart near 2100 South and 300 West in South Salt Lake on the third and fourth weekends of each month We are also at the Sugarhouse PETCO (1165 Wilmington Ave) the first Saturday of each month.
