FOSTER NEEDED This young boy, Canelo, is currently living outdoors with no shelter. We are anxious to move him out of the elements into a foster home. Canelo is 3 years of age and being surrendered because his owners have no time for him. He loves to play and needs an active owner who loves outdoor activities and has experience with high-energy dogs. This boy receives no exercise, so his hyperactivity and jumping is understandable. Canelo is very smart and loves to learn. He has been around children and enjoys riding in the car. Please go to https://www.dobermanrescuenm.org/foster-application-form/ and complete an application if you can help us!Adoption processAfter you contact us we will ask for you to complete an on line application. This will be followed up with a phone interview and then a home visit. Once the afore mentioned has been completed and you have been approved we will work on matching you with your perfect dog. Fees range from $200-$350 depending on the dogs age.Shelter locationAll of our dogs are housed in foster homes and are listed on our website www.dobermanrescuenm.org as well as on Adopt-a-Pet.com We do not have a shelter or house and dogs in one centeral location.
